As a member of the Missouri Republican Assembly, I pledge my loyalty to the traditional conservative principles upon which the Republican party was founded. I will do my part to make sure the Republican Party remains faithful to these principles and help elect candidates who keep faith with them once elected. 

I pledge to promote and defend traditional family values and our nation's Christian religious heritage against the assault led by the corrupting forces of secularism, humanism and political correctness. 

I pledge to stand up for the sanctity of human life and support efforts to defend unborn children against the scourge of abortion. I will support the traditional definitions of marriage and family~ and oppose efforts by the radical feminist and homosexual movements to impose their immoral lifestyle views on our society. I will defend the authority of parents to make decisions regarding the education and raising of their children. 

I pledge to uphold the free enterprise system as essential to our American way of life. I understand that entrepreneurship and small business owners are the backbone of our nations economy and will work to liberate that economy from unnecessary taxes, regulations, and liability laws which stifle both freedom and prosperity. Will also oppose any effort to undermine private property rights. 

I pledge to support only trade policies which serve the national interest and which keep faith with American's working families and small business owners. Free trade must always mean fair trade. 

I pledge to safeguard the right of all Americas to equality of opportunity, regardless or race, color, creed, or religion while also rejecting the reverse discrimination of affirmative action and quotas. 

I pledge to defend the sovereignty of the United States of America, the rights of the several states, and the integrity of the Constitution. I will oppose any effort which may unduly centralize or expand government power, dishonor the original intent of the founding fathers, or surrender American sovereignty to international organizations, including the United Nations. 

I pledge to support a strong national defense, securing our borders against illegal Immigration, respect for law and order, locally-controlled schools, traditional academic instruction, our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, welfare reforms which promote individual responsibility, parental freedom of choice in education, English as a national unifying language of our country, honesty and ethics in government, fiscal responsibility, and constitutionally-limited self government.
